Dr. Michael A. Goone
I wanted to be a dentist from the time of my first visit to a dental office.
I grew up in Lincolnwood and lived in Skokie while earning my DDS degree at the University of Illinois, College of Dentistry in 1983. After spending a few years providing care at an office in Peoria, Illinois, I returned to the Chicago area, where I have been providing dentistry in the communities of Lincolnwood from 1986 through 2005 and now, Skokie since 2005.
I have continued to update my dental knowledge by taking over 1500 hours of continuing education classes, and I emphasize the use of high-technology dentistry at my office.
As far as professional affiliations, I am an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Illinois and Chicago Dental Societies. I have also served as an advisory Board Member of the Texas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, and I am a past President of the Society For Advanced Microdentistry.

Hi! My name is Margarita. I was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I guess you could call me a “cheesehead”. I got my start assisting with Orthodontics and General Dentistry about 5 years ago. I made a good choice because I love what I do making beautiful smiles and basically making patients smile. When I am not at work, I am enjoying time with my family.
Deborah
Deborah has worked in the dental health field since 1979 and has been with Dr. Goone since 1995. Her experience has involved both clinical and administrative duties. She presently coordinates all aspects of the office and she will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding financing options and dental insurance. When not helping our patients she is either spending time with her family or trying to keep up with her two dogs. Her hobbies include gardening and bowling and she really enjoys volunteering at Heartland Animal Shelter.
Tina
Tina was born and raised in Skokie, Illinois. She attended Dental Hygiene school at Southern Illinois University where she completed her bachelor's degree in science. Tina joined the dental field in 2001 and has been a part of our office since 2010. Her top priority is creating a safe patient environment with her calm demeanor and approachable personality. She values and strives to educate her patients on achieving optimal oral health and is looking forward to meeting you.
Daisy
My name is Daisy and I am thrilled to be transitioning into the role of appointment coordinator! I have gained hands-on experience working as a dental assistant across all dental specialties. This has only deepened my passion for the dental profession. My time in this role has reinforced my commitment to helping others achieve optimal oral health. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biology with minors in Sociology/Criminology and Chemistry, as well as a Master’s in Medical Physiology from the UIC College of Medicine. Looking ahead, my ultimate goal is to become a dentist, where I can combine my educational background and hands-on experience to make a lasting impact on the lives of my patients. Dentistry is not just a career for me—it's a passion, and I am excited for the journey ahead!
